The package that the kit was shipped in was so beaten up that I was worried something might be broken or badly damaged. Luckily there was no 'visible' damage to the camera body, the lens and the other equipment. Either that or it has not manifested yet. I keep my fingers crossed.
On the side though, one would assume quality packaging based not only on the price (~$2000) but also the nature of the goods. Anyway, I was a little disappointed by all this and don't think that I'll have the confidence to ever buy online again.
